On October 9th, at the office of the Vietnam Association of Architects, the Council of Architecture - Planning held a selection session for projects participating in the Loa Thanh Award 2019 to find the best ones.

The Council is chaired by Prof. Dr. Nguyen Quoc Thong - Vice Chairman of Vietnam Association of Architects, the remaining members of the board include:
