ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE ON THE EAST VIET NAM SEA COAST

At 11:00 on February 27, the groundbreaking ceremony of Da Nang M-Garden City Hotel project was successfully started. M-Garden is one of many commercial architectural projects that Mr. Ho Khue and the Alpes team are participating in. At the ceremony, the CEO of M-Group gave ALPES Team the warmest words, and at the same time express great expectations for the project in the future.

In the speech of the groundbreaking ceremony, the project architect in chief - Mr. Khue stated that M-Garden is a spiritual child that he takes special care of. “When creating M-Garden, we set a vision for the next 15 years. The work is not only a commercial project but more than that it is a work of art, an architectural heritage located on the East Viet Nam Sea Coast. The hotel is one step closer to a dream of million great things we are heading forward together ”- Mr. Khue said.

According to the design, M-Garden City Hotel has 25 floors and 3 basements, with a total floor area of nearly 24,000 m2. This work was voted and reported by ArchDaily magazine as one of ten architectural works with creativity and unique designs. Besides, M Garden City Hotel has won the award of 2020 Best Hotel Architectural Design organized by PropertyGuru Award (Singapore).
