After 3 months of designing by ALPES Green Design , Qcons, Tin An, "Thalia House" project - Hoi An is officially into construction phase in early March 2020, overcoming the difficulties of Social Distancing during the Covid 19 epidemic .

With a closed design process using Revit synchronously in 3 subjects of architecture, structure, MEP, and the enthusiastic participation in discussing solutions of owner, supervision consultants and construction contractors, we hope "Thalia House" will become a beautiful piece of architecture in the area.

Thalia House is a residential service project, designed with a monolithic concrete style, along with many novel structural details. This is also a sample of the continous of concrete structures after "Concrete hosue 01" was completed and put into use at the end of 2019.
